Our Church has begun a new liturgical year. We have begun the holy season of Advent. A time for prayer, reflection, and anticipation of the remembrance of the coming of Jesus the Christ, the long-awaited Messiah. Our Church sings the hymn: Oh, come! Oh, come! Emmanuel! Come!
As we remember and celebrate the arrival of the long-awaited one, the Savior of the world, Jesus the Christ! we must get our house, ourselves, our families and our Church ready to welcome the Savior of the world into our hearts and homes.
